Go-To Green
- 1C Water
- ¼ - ½ Cucumber, cut into roughly ½” pieces
- Small handful of parsley (fresh from my pot outside!)
- Small handful of mint (fresh from my pot outside!)
- Kale (destemmed) loosely to top of blender
- BLEND – I use the Smoothie cycle on my Blend-Tec and then stop it halfway through
- Spinach loosely to top of blender
- ½ - 1C frozen blueberries
- 0-1C additional Water (optional, depending on desired consistency)
- BLEND – full run of the Smoothie cycle on my Blend-Tec
